Refund policy
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your goalkeeper gloves must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unused and in the original glove packaging. The protective plastic film must still be fully attached to the latex palms. Gloves with the film removed or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, please contact us using the chat button at the bottom of the screen in pink. Where we will start the proceedings and give you and information needed. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions on the chat bot in pink at the bottom of the screen.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if: the gloves arrive damaged, the gloves show a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Note: Latex wear caused by use, training, contact with surfaces, or improper storage is not considered a defect, as latex is a delicate performance material.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on: Used goalkeeper gloves (including gloves tried in training or match play) Goalkeeper gloves with the latex protective film removed, partially peeled, or tampered with Customized gloves (names, numbers, or special orders) Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies.
Exchanges The fastest way to receive the size or model you want is to complete a return for your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us on the chat bot in pink at the bottom of the screen.
